The arrival of guests is scheduled at Brindisi airport with subsequent transfer by chauffeur-driven car to the 4-star Giardino dei Pini Boutique Hotel, B&B treatment. Afternoon free to enjoy the beaches in the Baia dei Pinnacoli area and the hotel's beautiful swimming pool.

After a morning of complete relaxation, a private driver will take you to lunch at a masseria in the heart of Salento, a wonderful place where agricultural traditions have been superbly preserved, reflecting an immense love for the products of their land in their dishes. Next, your driver will take you to GALATINA, where you will meet your private guide who will take you on a tour to discover the Salento delicacy born in this village: the cream pasticciotto. You will try this pastry made of short crust pastry in the café where it was invented and then you will be surprised to discover a medieval church entirely covered in frescoes. Finally, you will move on to LECCE where our expert guide will show you the beauties of this beautiful city, home of the Salento baroque, revealing the lesser-known corners that only a Lecce native can discover.
In the late afternoon, return to the hotel.
