In the world of Italian viticulture, Marche region stands out for the high number of varieties of vines and for the presence of centenarian vines in many vineyards, useful for the production of high quality wines from Marche. In southern Marches, that is the provinces of Ascoli and Fermo, we find fresh and delicate white wines, as well as stronger and more intense red wines.

Arrival by your own means in the late afternoon at your 5* hotel, Villa Lattanzi, on the Marche coast near Fermo. Overnight stay.
Breakfast at the hotel, autonomous transfer to TORRE DI PALME, a delightful village situated on a spur with a panoramic view of the Marche coast. Free stroll around this lovely town.
Then you will reach a top level WINE CELLAR near Offida. In this enchanted place, on a PANORAMIC TERRACE (in case of good weather), you will enjoy a lunch based on local products, together with a tasting of the estate's wines, with a visit to the cellars. The red grapes cultivated here are Sangiovese and Montepulciano (to produce Rosso Piceno), while the white ones are Passerina and Pecorino, for the homonymous delicious wines.
After lunch and wine tasting, you will meet your guide to visit OFFIDA, a precious agricultural village with a beautiful Romanesque church and a millenary tradition of lace-making, and then discover a WINE CELLAR near your hotel, one of the most prestigious in the Fermo area. You will visit the winery tasting 2 wines (from Rosso Piceno to Marche IGT Rosso, Pecorino or Passerina), together with a plate of local products and seasonal fruits. Return to the hotel, dinner not included.
Breakfast at the hotel and check out, autonomous transfer to ASCOLI PICENO, THE PEARL OF MARCHE. Two main centers reflect ancient and modern Ascoli: Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Arringo, respectively. The former was the site of the ancient forum, the residence of the Capitani del Popolo (Captains of the People) and a bustling commercial center, while the latter was once the political heart of the city, with its Cathedral and Bishop's Palace. Your PRIVATE GUIDE will not only reveal all the historical treasures and secrets of this beautiful city, but will also help you discover its "queen" of street food: the OLIVE ALL'ASCOLANA. These typical large local olives are stuffed with minced meat and then fried - a pure pleasure for the palate. During lunch in a restaurant selected for you, with fixed menu excluding drinks, we will not fail to make you taste them.
