Departure in the late morning to reach the extraordinary Torrechiara Castle, a fifteenth-century manor on the top of a hill at the gates of Val Parma.
Free visit to admire the delightful village and the enchanting vineyards with adjoining paths that are part of the "Path of Art".
For lunch we will go to the locality of Polesine Parmense, where we will savor, in a well-known starred restaurant, the history and authenticity of the territory, told directly by their traditional dishes, with the possibility of visiting the cellars where the precious culatelli are matured.
After the visit, we will move to the last tasting stage, in the nearby town of Soragna.
Here you will live the experience of discovering the magic and aromas of the production of the art of the King of Cheeses, Parmigiano Reggiano.
A guided tour inside a local dairy that will lead us to learn the whole processing phase up to the final tasting. In the late afternoon departure to return to Bergamo.
