Arrival at Bari or Brindisi airport with subsequent transfer by private car with driver to the 4-star or superior hotel in the Monopoli area, B&B treatment. The afternoon is free to enjoy the beaches in the Torre Canne area and the hotel's wonderful swimming pool. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Together with a local guide and our private driver you will visit the beautiful villages of the Itria Valley and Central Puglia. Alberobello is a UNESCO heritage site thanks to its characteristic Trulli, limestone dwellings, extraordinary examples of dry-stone construction, worldwide famous for their white colour and cone-shaped grey stone roof. You will then move on to Locorotondo, a white town perched on a hill overlooking the Valle d'Itria, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A relaxing walk with your guide will make you appreciate the beauty of the place even more. You will then move on to Ostuni, a wonderful hilltop town overlooking the Adriatic Sea, a triumph of white colour in its alleyways in the centre, full of trendy clubs and breathtaking views. Afterwards, return to the hotel.

Departure by bike from the hotel at 9.30 a.m. with a local guide and visit to two local masserie (local country house). In one we will witness the production of dairy products, while in the other, a historic masseria (local country house) protected by the superintendence, we will visit the various stages of production over time of Puglia green gold, extra virgin olive oil. Both visits will include a small tasting of local products. Total distance of about 20 km. Return to the hotel in the early afternoon.
Transfer by private car with driver to Brindisi or Bari airport.
