Arrival in Tivoli by own means in the early afternoon and guided tour with the historic and art critic of Hadrian's Villa, the most impressive and complex Roman imperial villa that has survived; it was built by the emperor Hadrian starting from 117 AD. in a site rich in water, tuff and pozzolana, where since the Republican age the Roman aristocrats had built their luxurious country residences. Return to the hotel in the Roman castles for dinner and overnight stay ..
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning we will reach Albano Laziale for the visit of the Roman Amphitheater, built according to the nearby Castra Albana, the camp of the Legio II Parthica founded by the emperor Septimius Severus (193-211), of the Roman Cisternone unique in the world still functioning and delle Terme di Caracalla, an imposing building complex in Albano Laziale was already known in ancient times as the palace of the mythical king Ascanio, son of Aeneas and founder of Albalonga. Free lunch. In the afternoon we will continue to Lake Albano di Castelgandolfo for a guided tour by our archaeologist inside the Domizianei Nymphaeums: Dorico and Bergantino, unique places of Roman architecture. The two nymphaeums were, in all likelihood, an integral part of the important residential facilities of the republican and imperial era that stood nearby. The Doric Nymphaeum takes its name from the Doric entablature present on the three sides of the room, while the Bergantino, obtained in a natural cave, from the boat "Il Brigantino" that Pope Alexander VII used to put there in the seventeenth century. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

BC The real surprise, however, are the 16 rooms that make up the museum, including statues and reliefs, altars and ex-votos, cysts and mosaics. Leaving the museum, we will visit the splendid outdoor archaeological area with the remains of the architectural structures and the imposing terraces of the ancient Sanctuary of Fortuna Primigenia.
